Placing An Order: To place an order, click on the "Buy Now" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password.

 
Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged items must be unused and in original packaging if applicable. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on personalized items, custom made items or seasonal items. Returns will not be accepted for items returned that are found to be used or out of original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on part of PawPrintPalace.com. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email (help@pawprintpalace.com) for the return shipping address.
 
Shipping:
Some items sold on PawPrintPalace.com are custom made and in some cases are not made until after the order has been placed. Shipping times vary by item and should be specified on the product page. US shipping is charged as follows:

Orders totaling: $ .01-$49.99 =$ 7.95

Orders totaling: $50.00-$74.99 =$ 9.95

Orders totaling: $75.00-$99.99 =$11.95

Orders totaling: $100.00-$124.99 =$13.95

Orders totaling: $125.00-$149.99 =$15.95


Canadian shoppers: Please contact us for a shipping quote.
When purchasing several items, they may ship separately. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on the product.

Some larger items such as beds, stairs, furniture, etc. will incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you by email if the shipping amount is more than calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:
Estimated shipping times are listed for each product on the web site. These are only estimates. In order to offer our customers a wider selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped directly from a number of different suppliers and may arrive in several different packages. Because of this, items ordered together may arrive in many different boxes. Items that are shipped directly from our suppliers may have longer delivery times than those stated on our web site. Please allow additional delivery time for personalized or custom-made items.


Please contact us for international shipping rates. Some items sold on PawPrintPalace.com are not eligible for international shipping.

 
Back Orders:
Because of the nature of our business, an item purchased may be on backorder from the designer and it is possible that we might not be notified of the backorder immediately upon your purchase. As soon as we are notified that an item purchased is on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail of an approximate shipping date and will be given the option to wait or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, a refund for the full purchase price plus any applicable shipping charges will be processed immediately.

Tax:
Residents of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax at checkout.
